Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or refunds only under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was received

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo or video proof of the issue.


Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Wrong size, color, or variant selected by the customer

  • Delivery delays caused by customs, courier partners, or force majeure

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Opened or used personal care / cosmetic products

  • Gift cards or digital products


International Orders

  • We currently do not provide return shipping services for international orders.
    However, In eligible cases (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we may offer a refund or replacement without requiring the item to be returned.

  • Return shipping costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed defective.

  • We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet our policy conditions.

Refund Process

  • Once your claim is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
